Are your properties available for long-term stays?
Yes! We are happy to host longer stays if it fits within our availability calendar. Please check our Airbnb and VRBO websites for the most up-to-date availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy depends on how far out you are booking your stay and the third-party booking site you decide to use. Please refer to the cancellation policy section of either our Airbnb or VRBO listings.
What other fees will I have to pay?
We collect a cleaning fee and a refundable security deposit. The booking site collects taxes and service fees. The total amount of fees will vary depending on length of stay and your choice of booking site.
Do you have a coffee machine?
Yes, all of our homes have coffee machines and a french press. All properties are also within a 5 minute or less drive from a Starbucks and other local coffee stores.
Where can I park my car?
All properties have private designated parking areas. We ask that you bring no more than two cars without our prior approval.
How far is Snohomish from Seattle?
Snohomish is 25 miles north of Seattle. Outside of rush hour, it takes about 30 minutes to drive into the city. During rush hour, it can take up to an hour going north or south. The Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is another 10 minutes south of downtown Seattle, so please plan accordingly.
Is there public transportation in Snohomish?
Snohomish and the surrounding area is best explored by car, but there are commuter bus routes managed by Community Transit. The nearby city of Everett has more bus and train options. The area is also served by Uber & Lyft.
Where is the nearest grocery store?
The nearest grocery store to the Walton House & Storybook House is Safeway on Ave D & 13th Street. The nearest grocery store to the Bennet Farmhouse is Fred Meyer in the Snohomish Station shopping center on Bickford Ave. You can also have groceries delivered via Instacart.
